Indian Jicama Salad

Ingredients:

– 1 jicama
– 2 tsp lime juice
– ½ tsp sambar powder (optional)
– 1 tsp oil (optional)
– Salt to taste

Diretions:

– Peel the jicama and cut long peices.
– Put these in bowl, sprinkle salt and sambar powder.
– Add lime juice and oil, mix well.
– Allow it to stand for 30 minutes. Serve cold.
